Came upon this small tunnel under the road during my hike. It took me out of the forest preserve and to a small lake. I hope it wasn’t private property!

We spent a few days in Myrtle Beach on vacation, but the last day we rented a car and drove down to Huntington Beach, a State Park near Murrell’s Inlet. It was a highlight for my wife and I. Freshwater lagoon with alligators, saltwater marsh, Atalaya Castle, and a visitors center where you could pet a stingray. Totally worth the trip!
